No No No,, just don't hire anybody from this company.

That being said, I'm guessing that at different cities there's different local providers so maybe some are good but I certainly ran into the most horrid experience possible.

I schedule to move out of the truck into my home at Ocean Shores Washington so beware if you're anywhere near this area.

To start with it was supposed to begin between 8:00 and 9:00 AM they arrived around 11:30 am. I was called and told they had an employee call in sick so apparently they only had two. When they showed up it was an average size fellow and approximately a 75-year-old very skinny woman. As you know it really takes muscle to move furniture and she just didn't have any. This put a bigger burden on the fellow who was just an average size guy. The end result was he tried to take up the load and it overloaded him so furniture was scratched and dented and so was my house as he attempted to move the furniture.

At the same time I had another company come to hallway some junk. One of those fellows was a sheriff doing this as a part-time job. He made me aware that the fellow that was moving my furniture was somebody he knows that has been arrested but he didn't know the exact charge. Apparently there were successive arrests, enough for the sheriff to recognize the fellow. Now if the charges against this fellow were burglary then this company put me at risk because now this fellow knows what there is that would be worthwhile taking.

Because of the lack of muscle between the pair that were sent to do the work it was very slow going. They did get the truck empty but they didn't get things placed around the house and their time had run out. I wasn't willing to pay another $140 for them to move things around so I had them leave. This left me to do that heavy work going up and down stairs which is primarily why I hired them so I wouldn't have to do that.

There were several conversations with the local business owner that we could say were not conducted in the business professional manner. They adamantly denied that the male employee had no record so I called the officer back to verify and he was absolutely sure that their worker did have a record.
This parent company had a fellow call that acted something like a mediator trying to work out a solution. He offered me 10% back for the inconvenience and damage to the furniture in house. That would be $58, I didn't think that was adequate. Ultimately they charge me the full figure. ( $585.00 )

I checked with my local city to see if they had a license to work in my city, and they don't. They do have a state license. I'm hoping the city will give them a big fine. I'm still talking to the city about that.

Mover's response:
Allen, we are sorry for the negative experience you had with our company. As you can see from other customer’s experiences with us, this very rarely happens when someone is not more than satisfied with our work, but as we all know, it’s impossible to please 100% of people 100% of the time. The 45 (not 75) year old female mover that you are referring to, who was in training at the time, has left us due to unforeseen health issues becoming a concern. After you voiced your concern about the male mover who was sent to your job, although we had no doubts about the strength of his character and morals for reasons not obvious to everyone, and also knew his background was/is clear, we completed a thorough background investigation utilizing our contracted background check provider, First Advantage, as we do all of our movers, and then went a step beyond and ran a WSP background check, and both sources came back stating his background is clear and they gave us the green light. So no worries there, he must just look a lot like someone down in your area. Again, we apologize for your negative experience, but rest assured, it was not taken lightly and we hope that by the actions we took following your concern, you can see that we truly do care about our customers.
Thank you!

I had to find help to move my moms stuff from storage to her new apartment at the last minute. Come On I Wanna Move Ya was the second company that I chose, as the first one was booked. Though they were my second choice, they did a great job. They were originally scheduled to show up at 10:30am, but unfortunately, the first job of the day ran long for them. They did call and let me know and as it turned out, it worked better for us anyways. As I mentioned, I booked this last minute so I wasn't to upset about the lateness. My mom didn't have a lot of stuff, so it didn't take that long. I booked for 3 hours even though their algorithm suggested 4, and it took exactly 3 hours. My son and I helped with a few things, but that was totally an us thing, not because they were moving slow or anything. All in all, I was pleased with their pace and the entire job.

They were great to work with, the helpers showed up on time but we had to send them away as the moving container that was brought to us by Packrat had several missing screws so Packrat took that container away brought us another one (2hours later). I called the movers to let them know a new container was back, not only did the 2 original people showed up but they brought 3 more people with them. The move was completed in less than 1
