They arrived on time and brought the necessary moving equipment. They were very hard working. They moved all of my stuff into 4 U-Pack cubes in just 1-1/2 hours. That included bringing stuff down a flight of steps for one of the cubes. When they were done with that I asked if they could move a garage full of stuff from one garage to the one next door. They did that in an hour. Unbelievably fast.
Where things could have been better is with the packing and care of my belongings. In particular they did not strap things well as they loaded the cubes. I provided more that 50 ratchet straps but very few were used. Here are some examples of things that should have been done better
- A sofa was set on end on the floor of the cube. It is now dirty and scuffed up. There were plenty of blankets.
- Some boxes shifted and fell. One box of china was badly damaged.
- The legs of chairs punctured other boxes.
- An office chair was put next to the door and wasn't covered. Now the back of it is all scraped up.
There were many times that were well wrapped.
I would use them again but would make sure I monitored the packing and make sure things were covered well strapped in.

These guys were awesome. Showed up on time, were extremely professional and courteous and efficient. Didn't think everything would fit into the pod but they were magicians. We've had many moving experiences, most of them unpleasant. This was the best one by far and I highly recommend.

These guys were great. They arrived on time, were very respectful and worked very hard. We were amazed at how fast they loaded the containers. It was amazing to see how they fit everything in so that every bit of space was used efficiently, and everything came through just fine. It’s definitely worth it to hire them, rather than struggle to figure it out on your own. I would highly recommend them.

The two helpers did an excellent job of packing the truck, I was amazed and glad because I had to pay U_pack by the linear foot. They also wrapped everything securely. Both were super courteous. The work exceeded my expectations and I gave them a good tip. If all the Portland Mover helper crews are this good, that means they stand for quality. We heartily recommend them.
