The guys did an excellent job loading and unloading our truck. We weren't sure if we got the right sized truck, but they did a great job with the load. When we arrived at our new home, nothing had shifted! There was some miscommunication between HireAHelper and Full House Family Moving because the requested furniture dolly and tools to disassemble some wooden furniture was not provided.

Great job! We had a shed, a ton of yard/patio stuff and two rooms that Full House packed into a 20' truck. My wife oversaw the move and said the guys were great--I only saw the end result: an incredibly well-packed and snug cargo area that made the 120-mile move with ease. Things were logically placed--the big things didn't move, the fragile things didn't break, and the whole thing just made sense. Fantastic job.

We had a wonderful experience with Full House Family Moving. Two very capable men showed up on time to unload our POD. They proved to be experienced, professional, gentle, protective of our goods, helpful, friendly, and courteous. They even swept out the POD when it was empty, leaving nothing for us to do but to start living in our new place. I will recommend Full House Family Moving to everyone I meet who has moving needs. What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call you the day of the move and keep in contact with you through out the day. We will swiftly and carefully move all your belongings. We will be polite, respectful, and honest.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should have everything already boxed. Unless you need help with disassembly, everything should be disassembled with all the matching pieces secured with the item. You should pick up your moving truck prior to your scheduled start time with us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done small and large houses in MA, RI, NH and ME We have moved offices, hospital equipment, and carried, set up and broke down equipment for several production companies including the Boston Red Sox.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I enjoy working with the public and making the hard task of moving easier.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members watch training videos, spend time with each of our crew members and get on the job training.
