My friend Ben was present for this move. He said they were funny and did a great job. It did take 5 hours not three. That was my fault

They were somewhat late due to traffic conditions. The crew was prepared and worked hard to complete the job.

They were willing to assist with assembling furntiure but we could not locate the hardware. They did assemble furniture where parts were avaialbe without being asked. We thought they were very friendly and helpful.

I was very disappointed in the professionalism and the service of the crew that was sent to do my job. They were slow and did not seem knowledgeable on how to properly load things. They were unable to figure out how to get my refrigerator out and after scratching their heads for about 20 minutes they asked for a break and left. They did not return until later in the night and I was already in the bed. I decided they were not returning. Some friends knew that the doors needed to be removed for the refrigerator to fit out of the doorway and they got the refrigerator out for the "movers". They did not properly secure my new linen headboard and it shifted against the roll up door and when the door was opened, it left black marks and fraying on the top corner of my headboard. They made a gouge in the door facing of my new home breaking the wood. I have a dent in my refrigerator.
They also stayed off the clock to be paid in cash. I was told I would be overcharged by the owner if I extended my time. This is simply not true. When I notified HireAHelper they informed me that they denied that they had stayed and said they left on time. I asked that this crew not return the next day to unload my POD and was told I would have to pay a cancellation fee. They assured me the owner would arrive with the crew to ensure everything went smoothly. The owner did not show. I called him and he said he was sick.
I would not recommend HireAHelper or Turn Back in Time Movers to anyone.

Willie White and Robert McKinney were two of the hardest workers EVER ! They showed up early, worked steadily and did an amazing job.
They were very professional, courteous, and pleasant to me. They were very respectful of our home and our belongings.
If we ever need movers again, they will be the first company we call.

Upon unloading the trailer my furniture was Damaged two of my dining room chairs were broken spindle my buffet the legs were broken the top of my Dresser was ruin and things were chip I provided covering for the pieces I am a widow with limited fun’s I gave them a tip if I had know I never would have I do have pictures.
