They arrived in the allotted time period. That is the best thing I can say. The men were in no rush to move anything, they struggled because they didn't know the best ways to move larger items, they didn't care when they scraped the paint on the walls, and they broke a religious item by slamming into it. Needless to say, we gave up and asked them to leave early, then had our friends come help us.
I should have known it was going to be a bad situation when the company called me at 10 p.m. the werk before the move to confirm. So unprofessional. But all of the reviews had been so positive!

These movers did a good job actually moving and packing my belongings however, the services was extremely unprofessional. The men were smoking while moving me personal belongings such as my bedding and boxes of clothing. I politely asked them to stop smoking and they were unresponsive. The two men were talking about inappropriate things in my home which made me feel uncomfortable. The actual moving and packing was done well however, the service was unprofessional. I would not hire these movers again.

These guys did a superb job. I had originally scheduled them in the afternoon but had to reschedule for the morning due to the ice storm which showed their flexibility. They worked quickly and efficiently showing care for my furniture by wrapping it in blankets/shrink wrap which I provided. I hired 3 men for four hours but needed them to stay an extra hour. They loaded items from a 2 story house with basement/garage into two 16 foot containers. They made this one big step in the moving process stress free.
