There were large miscommunications on the times/days of arrivals on both our parts. On the day of, they were 3 hours late. The guys showed up without dolly's or moving equipment. They were nice and polite guys, but did bang up some stuff. Had to come back 2 days later with a dolly to get a big piece down from the upstairs room, banged up the doorway and left marks in the carpet from the dolly wheels, almost lost the piece once it was out side, but caught it just in time.
Not sure if I would use them again, but got the job done.
