I am giving them 4 stars because the one guy worked as hard as 3 people and was able to get the job done. The other crew member was new though and didn't know what she was doing. But all in all everything worked out and they were nice to deal with and showed up on time.

They were late, a weren't prepared for the job. They hardly work, running around constantly looking for this or that. Leaving bedroom sets not put together etc. They bang up the walls as well as the furniture. I would never use them ever!

I have moved numerous times and this is the worst service I have ever received. They were late and not prepared. They did as little work as possible including not getting furniture put together and numerous other items. They would bang into the walls with the furniture. I would not use them again and advise all to stay clear of them.

I would give Jose and his crew 6 stars if I could. They were on time, well-mannered, considerate, fun to be around, and they emptied a 40ft container and organize a storage unit in 2.5hours. What else could you ask to a moving crew? If you need to move and you don’t call Martin movers you are a loser!

The movers that showed up broke my most valuable piece of furniture. I just bought it last year on sale for for 2,800$. I let them know before the move that the piece was extremely heavy and to bring whatever they would need to move it. The piece now can not be used until the damage is fixed. My biggest problem is not the break...things happen. My problem is that the company never answered my texts, calls, messages or repeated attempts to contact them to get the piece repaired by a professional furniture repair company. Bad business all the way around! Professionalism, accountability and integrity go a long way and this company has shown NONE.
