We have adviced them that there is 700lbs marble table in the container and the truck may not have a ramp either.These two important points have been ignored causing us pay extra detention charges to the truckers.Regards.Martin N. AFC Freight Intl Phoenix Az

Mover's response:
Our account of things is vastly different from yours. We received no notifications of heavy items. Otherwise we would have advised you recruited a four person crew. We rented a truck with a liftgate to accommodate the lack of the ramp. We also had a lot of communication issues with you actually since you didn’t answer your phone and we had to reschedule twice because your container hadn’t arrived, that’s why you were charged the fees because we were already there in Cleveland, which was 80 miles away. You can try to shift the blame, but a lot of these problems were caused ultimately by you and we did our best to work with what we had. I respectfully ask for you to remove this review because we will have to say that this is not true. We would have never accepted the job with a 700 pound piece of marble and no ramp to move it.

We try to reach out to you as quickly as possible to confirm and verify details of your move.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

After a courtesy phone call, we will arrive with all of our supplies and tools in hand, with a friendly smile and a strong work ethic.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Have a clear path to the most common exit, try to have all boxes labelled, and try to have appliances disconnected before we arrive.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have moved locally, out of state, and commercially. No move is too big and no move is too small.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

The opportunity to work with a wide variety of people and see the whole country. We get an incredible amount of exercise. It's overall a very satisfying job.

What training do you provide your crew members?

Proper lifting techniques, loading and unloading techniques, how to best utilize equipment, assemble, and disassembly.
