They were on time. It started out well with a walk through of property to help them understand what needed to be loaded into the POD. Out of the two guys, one worked very hard and the other not so much. I was told that the pair work as a team all the time but didn’t feel they were a good match. One was respectful of property and the other was not. My furniture pieces are family heirlooms (antiques) and I wanted them to be careful. They were not. My walls were scuffed and dinged. They didn’t do a final sweep and missed some items in basement. The one out of the pair worked fast and then other slowly. I had to hire two people to come the next day to add missed items. So disappointing! I would not use again.

My grandmother had big heavy furniture and they were able to move the furniture into a new location with narrow walls and high steps. They not only showed strength but talent to make this work. I would definitely recommend them.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Our customers should wrap all fragile items, including furniture,clean any debris for a clear path to maneuver belongings to the truck or containers, have all boxes packed and ready to be placed on the truck and provide the necessary equipment if not requested from us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled office moves, Freight Trailer loading and unloading, packing containers of various sizes, local and long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of Being an Owner of a Moving Company is to see the Customer's smile and their major sense of comfort knowing their belongings are tight and secure. I also enjoy building relationships with the customers which lead to a numerous amount of referrals.
What training do you provide your crew members?
One on one communication and physically showing the guys how to pick up items carefully and where they should be placed properly on the Loading or Unloading location(s).
