MovingZoom was on time (15 min early, actually) and very prepared. They worked hard and handled my property with care. I was impressed with their professionalism. I would definitely use them again.
I was most impressed with their flexibility and willingness to accommodate my unloading time. My POD was scheduled to arrive on a Friday but I was not sure of the time, so I booked the unloading for Saturday. Ideally, I preferred to have my belongings unloaded sooner than later. MovingZoom was able to change my unload day/time several times on short notice once I confirmed the delivery time of the POD. Without any trouble, they provided an extra hour of service that I did not anticipate when I made the original booking. I also had some extra moving supplies that I wanted to sell, and MovingZoom helped me find a buyer. In short, I would definitely use MovingZoom again because of the great service and willingness to accommodate my situation.

Couldn't have asked for more. Arrived on time, worked steady and hard the entire time. Most importantly, they were very careful with every item they moved, were very respectful of the house we moved in to and were so nice to work with that they reduced our stress level. The guys were great in every way - I will definitely use them again.
