Unloading: our most popular service - Most people have plenty of help at origin, but not having relationships at destination to exploit for unloading help makes this a popular service! For a guaranteed low rate, a moving crew will come to your new residence and unload for you. This service includes placement of furniture into designated rooms. Loading: a good idea for any moving customer - Properly wrapping and padding your furniture can be a daunting task. Our professional loaders will properly wrap and pad all furniture as it goes onto the truck. Make sure that you have ordered plenty of furniture blankets and a loading ramp from your truck rental company! Not all truck rental companies have the proper furniture blankets available so make sure prior to ordering your truck. If you have concerns, give us a call and we can walk you through what to order. Move Management: This is a Free service to all of our customers. U CALL WE HAUL will not only provide quality loading and unloading, but we will also coordinate all of the “moving parts”. You already have plenty to do without having to worry about the coordination of who is where and when. Sit back and relax while we make sure that your move is smooth and easy.

The 2 helpers were ok. They were very quick, too rushed. boxes were loaded in the very front on the ledge and held in place (sort of) by being tied in. They were tied in but not tightly and moved around. They had problems getting a couch out of the apartment and instead took it out a patio door and leaned it on a privacy fence which could have broken/tipped over. It didn't seem like they were experienced at all. They loaded a queen bedframe without taking the headboard off which got scratched during the move/trip. There was a glass tv stand that they loaded and placed two of the glass shelves into the passenger seat of the uhaul instead of the back storage area. they seatbelted them in. I don't know how this could have been safe or safer then putting them in the cargo area, flat and wrapped in the bubble wrap. This was also why I felt they were inexperienced, it seemed like they loaded items without much more thought than what I would have personally done. They did not have any type of moving aids, (lifting straps or back braces for themselves) It took them about 40 minutes to load everything onto the Uhaul and it looked liked it. I think about 5 blankets were used to cover a couch which was a complete waste considering they still had the glass tv stand which they did not protect with a blanket because there were none left. Fortunately, it made the trip in one piece. Overall, I appreciated the help, but would not use them again.

The guys got here a little early and did a great job getting everything off the truck. They were fast, always asked where furniture and boxes should go and worked with me on moving furniture around to a better spot if things didn't work where I thought it should. Not that I'm planning on moving again, but I would definitely use them if the unthinkable were to happen.

They were on time and moved quick to load everything we had in the two hour timeframe we scheduled. Everything was packed perfectly in the truck to stay in place while we drove the truck. This was my second time using them and I would use them again if needed.

These guys were kick ass!! They finished ahead of schedule and were so pro. They packed it in tight, used all the right blankets and ratchets to keep the load safe and secure for our furniture. They were polite and light hearted despite it being a sleet storm and all outside from a storage unit. They packed up a 25x10 3bd unit in 1.5hr for a full cross country drive. So helpful and easy to work. Hire em and tip em well!

Kenny and Benjamin did a wonderful job unloading our (packed) POD! They were on time, worked hard, and respectful of us and our items. (Kenny and Logan had loaded our POD this past summer, and they were great, so we requested them again : ). We appreciate the help they gave us - thanks for a great experience!
