First of all, they showed up 15mins late. Secondly, they refused to carry anything - used a dolly to move everything....bringing my couch down from 3 floors of stairs took them literally 25mins whereas the group who previously moved it in took 2mins to get it up the stairs and in the apartment. The couch boomed with every stair they went down I feared they would break the frame l am lucky it still works however I did not feel they really cared about the property they were moving. Thirdly, my buddy and I who also assisted in the move ended up moving most of the apartment. Reason I hired movers was for me not to have to do it myself however I was faster and stronger than the movers that showed up. So after milking me on time moving everything with a dolly and taking their sweet time, we finally got to new residence where they tried to charge me for going over by 2hrs - I had to correct them that they only went over 1hr which they finally agreed to (basic math people 1pm to 4pm is 3hrs - 2hrs already prepaid) and I even gave them the 15mins that they showed up late. Finally, they insisted on me paying cash for the time they went over - I had to insist I was paying thru website and there was a little confusion there. Overall they did OK however they were very slow and I did not feel they respected my property. It took them 3hrs to move my 2bed apartment stuff (no w/d or fridge) 6miles going down stairs. Previous movers that moved me into this apartment 1.5yrs prior took only 2hrs to move me 15 miles and up 3 flights of stairs and I did not have to do 50% of the work myself. I move frequently about every 1-2yrs and after this experience, I will just do it myself next time and/or give my money to my friends who agree to help. You get what you pay for....these guys were the cheapest and it showed (no uniforms, one of the workers lecturing and training the younger guy who looked like he was still in high school, not willing to lift anything, and just not respecting my property letting things boom on the dolly with every step they went down and I have marble furniture which really concerned me).

They showed up slightly early, which was nice. The truck arrived without a ramp, unfortunately, so for the first two hours, the poor movers had to unload without it. Once the ramp arrived, it went much faster. They worked hard, were very courteous and professional. I would recommend them. :)

They did move the furniture into the house quickly; however, we noticed some of our furniture had been scratched. While we can't say it was them and not the transport POD, they were not scratched prior to moving. So it may have been either of them. They were very nice to work with though, and they were on time, and worked hard. The scratches were not too bad or on everything, so it was fine.
