Incorrect statements on this review customer was upset there was only 2 people on this job that she had same job in the past had 4 helpers we are not the ones doing scheduling hireahelper does that but there was lack of info from customer she told hireahelper there was 1 flight of stairs 2bd apt which it was 3rd story 3 flights both location in an oversized apartment and was not a small 2bd closer to 1500-2000sqft it was 3rd floor both locations which she lied about in review when spoke with customer on phone she made it clear there was no problem with workers that they are doing a good job but there should be more people which we were not able to get 2 people last second to help finish the job almost 2hrs away and told customer we are really sorry if we normally had been scheduled for more people we would of had 4 people we even contacted customer after she left this review asking if there was any problems with the movers and she said there was no problem they were very hard workers but made it clear she was not happy job was scheduled only 2 people. Before and after this review was left we even tried giving the customer a discount on top of hireahelper discount and she refused even though it was not our fault job was scheduled 2 people and not 4 we still offered her a good discount which she refused and said that was not the problem that scheduling only 2 people was the problem, hireahelper goes off the info given from customer to decide how many men for the job which a lot of info was left out or incorrect we dont do that part of scheduling we have option on our page for 1-5 man crews we take care of people's belonging and dont just throw stuff into truck like some companies and we dont wayste anyone's time we are honest trustworthy and we are all trained the same way and have mostly all 5 star reviews besides this kind of stuff nothing was broken everything handled with care a 4 man crew 5.5 hours her first job only 2 stories u think she would of just asked for 4 people My name is Royce and I actually worked for we serve years ago and I found out she did have 4 man crew on only 2 stories, u should expect only 2 people with 3 flights both locations and one location over hour away to take longer than 5.5 hours. Was very calm and whilling to do anything to make this customer happy which she was simply just mad about there being scheduled 2 people because based off the incorrect info she gave to scheduling.
