Hello, I founded Elite Trucking and Labor in Feb, 2021. I have been providing local and out of state moving services since I was 16 years old when I began my journey in the field. Once I graduated high school and went to college I realized that this was something I wanted to take even further! Personable and very friendly service are two things that are very important to us at Elite Trucking and Labor. We remember details and make sure to focus on those. Our goal is to take the stress off of your shoulders during this moving process. We care about your needs and its not about the price tag its about the quality and making sure a good job is done. Showed up on time! Worked hard throughout and were very careful with our belongings.

They arrived a little before scheduled time. They stayed for almost the 2 hours allocated, but missed moving a few items from the townhouse to the pod. They were not as careful with the washer and dryer as I would have preferred. So they mostly "got the job" done on time and within the 2 hour allocation.

They arrived within the window of time, which was great. However, they were not quite prepared for the job. My husband articulated that we were moving from a 2300 sqft home with an average amount of furniture. They complained about the furniture being too heavy (my husband and teenage daughter moved this furniture by themselves previously). They were not the experienced movers that we thought we were getting. They dropped a few pieces, nicked a door, and scratched up our hardwood floors. They argued with one another in front of us. Also, they worked slowly which gave the impression that they were just letting the time run down; doing the least they could for the pay.
We tried to be as patient with them as we could as we know times are hard right now for businesses. However, we will not use them again.

Guys were on time, unpacked a truck in 1.5 hours that took about 3 hours to pack, and we’re very respectful asking where each item went.
