I must say that i did not expect to recieve the service level that I did from D&D. The team handling my service was brillant. They arrived on time and were prepared with everthing needed for a sucessful move, they worked efficently. They handled my furniture with such care. wraping my most fragile possesions with care as well as everthing else. I would deffinantly use them again, and recommand them to family and friends. Two thumbs up! for this company.

They showed up on time and worked hard from start to finish - even in the rain. They were professional, efficient and friendly. I offered them a Coke after a couple of hours and was told they'd love one - AFTER they finished working. I was a little wary about using HireAHelper for the first time, but with the great experience from D&D I would not hesitate to do so again.

I booked D & D to unload our moving van. They were very flexible and accommodating with me. Our van was delivered earlier than expected and I called D & D to ask if they could come earlier in the day to unload it than we had previously agreed upon, which they did. They came on time and got right to work. Though I had only booked and paid for 2 movers, they brought along an extra person, which was great. They did a great job getting everything in, even a massive fridge and having to navigate a turn in the staircase with a huge dresser and box springs. Near the end of the booked time, they were done bringing in our boxes and furniture so they assembled our queen bed for us. What a blessing to get to sleep on our real bed that night! I was glad they went that extra mile instead of just quitting early. I would definitely recommend them.

we had an appointment for between 6 & 7pm on a Thursday evening. My family was very worried about these helpers not showing up when it got to be 630. My husband and brother started unloading the ABF truck because it was a weeknight and everyone had to go to work in the morning. They figured, if the helpers did not show up, they'd be unloading all night. Well, 7 Oclock rolled around and I FINALLY textd the number that I was given. They appoligized and said they'd be there an hour late because of a job they were on took a lot longer than they expected. That's 8 pm on a worknight ! They did show up at 8, but still... being so frustrated and stressed we were not happy.
ALTHOUGH... the 3 of them were amazing... finally, they did the job in an hour. their personalities were great and very hard workers. The bad thing was.... we already emptied a few feet of the truck, and they were so late, that we felt that we should have not had to pay the entire $300. Very stressful when you expect someone around 6 and they don't show up till 8.

The team was friendly and worked quickly to unload the truck withing the time that we had contracted. They were very helpful and flexible to moving things around and putting some things back into the truck that did not fit in the apartment. They handled our furniture and belongs with care.
I would highly recommend them.

Dave was professional and gave good advice before and during the truck loading, Team was on time and worked consistently especially considering the high humidity. They kept us informed as to what they were doing and filled the truck beautifully. I would gladly use them again and would recommend them without hesitation.
