Great--all that I had hoped for--reliable and complete service. I drove in from Cleveland, Ohio on a Friday; they met me out in Sterling, VA and had my 14 foot truck,which was filled to the brim, unloaded in less than 2 hours. And they carried everything up 3 flights of long stairs without stopping. Amazing. I am grateful for their help and for their service to our country. Go Airforce.

The movers were very professional and extremely helpful. They arrived early and ready to work. They didn't mind the multiple trips up and down the 3 flights of narrow, steep stairs, and they were very efficient. Even hoisting my large couch up and over the balcony wasn't too much for them to handle! Overall, the guys were great, and we finished even sooner than expected. Thanks!

Ted and his helpers were very courteous and respectful. They showed up on time.
However, they were not very efficient at packing. There was so much dead space that my father-in-law and I had to unload a third of the POD, fill in much of the dead space and reload it in order to fit everything. By packing efficiently we were able to fit it all in the POD. Having Ted's help ended up saving me little, if any, time than if I had loaded it myself. Ted's would be okay as loaders if they were closely supervised and instructed how and where to load things.
