These guys are AMAZING!!! Prompt, professional, courteous, quick, efficient... I can't say enough good things about them. I was so stressed out and had to schedule a move last minute out of town and without them, it would've taken me days. Thank you SO, SO much, gentlemen! 20,000 thumbs up.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I cannot say enough great things about Jones, Robert and Bruce. So very polite. So very professional. They arrived early. They finished the job in record time. They packed a 26 foot truck to PERFECTION! Not a single chipped corner; not even a single broken bulb. Moving out of state is an utter nightmare, but Utopia Movers made it SO MUCH easier. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU so much!!!

The guys showed up on time and worked hard. We were able to get everything unloaded before darknwhich was great. They were very respectful and great guys to work with. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I hired Utopia for a loading job in Fredericksburg. They were great with staying in contact and working with my schedule. They were on time and did a great job in the limited time I could have them to help out. They were attentive to any concerns I had with my belongings and handled everything with care. Highly recommend for hire!

They called to ask if my schedule was flexible enough to move the date to an earlier day, which was very professional since most companies would have simply rejected the job.

Once we agreed on a new date and time, they notified me when they were about an hour away from my home. They arrived as promised and got to work immediately. They were unable to move the treadmill upstairs because it would have to be taken apart, however they did move it to another room for me (this is professional machine with lots of intricate wiring running through the section they needed to remove). They also took the time to help me put casters under everything to protect my hardwood floors. Bottomline, they did a great job and I highly recommend them.

Don’t use this company! Lazy and stole my money!!! Hired them and paid for 3 hours but only used them for an hour and they are refusing to call me back to get last hour refunded. Left 4 messages. 2 hour minimum and willing to eat the cost of one hour but not 2. Also, told us washer and dryer wouldn’t fit in basement even though they didn’t even try. Amazing my husband was able to take both of them down by himself!!!!

8" ft Tall Wooden Lockers that Weighted over 500 lbs that was sitting on the Truck that you should have paid a Fee for your (2) oversized items. Utopia doesn't control weather or not you are being Honest when you book the order but Utopia does show up rain or shine to complete the Job. Utopia will take your 1 star with a Badge of Honor as you will see our Reviews going forward will reflect the true company Utopia really is as we understand the nature of Business and unfortunately not everyone will tell the Truth to HireAHelper and the Movers when you initially book the order as to avoid the Oversized Item Fee. Remember honesty will always be the Best Policy and good luck to you
