Nice, professional guys who showed up exactly on time, worked fast and were careful. They fit everything I wanted to move into my POD with room to spare, so I ended up taking some things I didn't expect to fit! The guys asked questions and involved me the whole time. It was such a good experience, especially compared to former moves with other companies where I was very stressed and my belongings were treated poorly.

I was basically the one directing where things would go, but could not be in 2 places at the same time. Several boxes,
& totes ended up in the basement that were marked for bedroom 2 or 3. And vice versa, boxes & totes meant for bedrooms 2 & 3 ended up in the basement.
Better use of common sense. If a laundry basket has detergent, bleach items in it, should go to the basement where the washer & dryer are, not left in a bedroom. Don't place a really large tote in front of the kitchen sink in a galley kitchen for people to stumble around.
