Hiring help to unload our moving truck was one of the smartest things I've ever done. What took us 3 days to load, took them less than 3 hours to unload! The 2 young men who did the work were very polite, careful with our belongings, and never took a break. Hiring help was a last-minute decision, and even though I called after 1 pm they were able to send a crew the same day! The leader of the crew called me to
confirm the reservation and let me know when to expect them. He also kept me updated on the time (I had prepaid for 2 hours) so I had plenty of time to decide whether to pay for additional hours. I just can't say enough about how satisfied I am with Kauffman's, and I will definitely use them again if the need arises. Thank-you!

The guys were a few minutes early. When they arrived, my dad and husband were lost and not back yet with the moving truck. The guys started bringing furniture downstairs, and wasted no time getting started, even though we were behind our schedule! When the truck arrived, they loaded it efficiently. I booked them for 4 hours, and they finished a little early. They were professional, neatly dressed, well spoken, and most importantly, the knew exactly how to pack a moving truck to the limit! I would highly recommend them.

Our movers, Dillon, Chris, and Mikey were great; courteous, friendly, and clearly wanting to do a good job. They arrived when they said they would, calling ahead of time to ensure we were still expecting them. We showed them the numerous things we needed moved in our house, and where we wanted everything and they took it from there. I expected it would take longer than the two hours we requested, but they were done in 1 1/2 hours. We will call them again when we need movers.
