I was disappointed with my overall experience. I was anticipating two professional movers that would come with knowledge about moving and special equipment. I got two men who were not professional movers. One of the movers moved one thing and then couldn't do anything for the rest of the time. So then we had just one mover. This one mover worked extremely hard and I appreciate all of his work. However, with only one mover, my 70 year old father and I had to help out much more than we anticipated, as one person can't move a couch or the other heavy furniture alone. With all of the other great reviews I thought for sure that this would be a positive moving experience, but it certainly was not. Positives: on time, one hard worker, stayed until job was finished (it took longer because only one man was working).

Helpers were on time (a few minutes early!) and started working immediately. These people NEVER stopped! Our furnishings were treated so carefully. We had to reconfigure the bedroom at least 4 times and they happily moved the furniture around the room for us and even offered suggestions as to placement. If every company out there was as upstanding as A Christian Touch Services nobody would ever have anything to complian about!

We hired two helpers for 4 hours and would make that decision again and again. The helpers were very courteous, very helpful, and very knowledgable about how to pack a truck quickly and efficiently. They were able to get more on the load then we had anticipated and helped my husband tremendously with a move that we were not looking forward to having to do on our own. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody who wants or needs help and if we have to move again, you can be certain they will be the first people I call! Thank you!
