The 2 ladies were very nice and polite. They made their best effort to get the move done. However, they didn’t even bring a dolly which was supposed to be included with the service, so the move took an extra hour that I had to pay for. I also had to help them a lot since I didn’t see as fast of a progress by the time was passing by. The way they organized the storage unit could have been better too as everything didn’t fit so I had to take home a few items. I now need to go back to the storage unit and take everything out and re-arrange. I definitely think they’re very good but for smaller jobs. For reference, my move was for a 1 bedroom apartment and the 3 biggest items were a king mattress, a dresser, and a large dog crate. Everything else was boxes. I don’t think I’ll ever use this site again and would never recommend it.

This team came to the rescue for me when my original move date was scheduled on the wrong day( not their error). They showed up on a Sunday and unloaded a pod for me full of heavy items that I could not move myself. I am so appreciative of their help.
