I am very pleased with the superb service received from this company starting with Jessica and the three guys that came on to the job; Berto, Brock and Mike. They were on time, respectful, professional, courteous, and friendly. They new their business and accepted suggestion and/or input from me. I have never worked so comfortable with a hired help before and I am totally pleased that I would refer them and/or call them again myself and hopefully be able to get the same crew again. This experience is personally difficult for me and I thank you Jessica and the crew especially for making it very pleasant and painless one.

We Hired Santos Movers to help move, 3 heavy mahogany dining room pieces, to be stored in our basement. From the first time we began communicating with them we found them to be very professional and courteous. The movers were prompt, arrived on time, and worked in a timely manner.They were very prepared for the job and they did an excellent job handling and moving our furniture. We would definitely use them again for our moving needs.

Santos movers were right on time They asked the right questions about what we needed and brought all the right equipment. We hired two men for two hours to move our furniture upstairs after a renovation. They worked every minute. When a piece of furniture was awkward or difficult to get up the stairs, they worked together carefully until they solved the problem safely. They protected our walls and our floors. Jessica runs the Santos office, and asked for a list of furniture to be moved. She was very clear about how the movers would evaluate whether or not something could be moved safely. She also explained every detail about the payment process. Jessica and the moving men are friendly, thorough, and skilled. I definitely would use Santos again.

I cannot say enough positive things about Bertil and Brock. They arrived on time and finished on time. They took great care with my fragile items - like the glass table tops and mirrors. Everything arrived in one piece without a scratch. Both were friendly but did not delay on lots of talking - they got right to work.
I also very much appreciated the thorough attention to detail Santos Moving provided prior to the move. I received an email outlining what I should expect including an inventory sheet.
The communication was also terrific. A couple of days prior to the move, I received a call from Santos indicating the people being moved before me had greatly underestimated the amount of stuff they were moving (thanks, whoever you were for your lack of planning) and that would change when my movers arrived. This is why the inventory check list Santos sends out is critical (if you fill it out correctly).
I really, really appreciated that Santos was open and honest in their communication to me. To be honest, it worked in my favor to have another hour but I could have been left waiting for movers not knowing their status. So a big thanks to Santos for their customer service.
I will definitely use them again. And, by the way, this is the 3rd time I have used HireAHelper in as many states. Really a terrific resource!

I was totally amazed at the outstanding service I received from Santos, Jessica the coordinator, was amazing. My move began as a simple get odds and ends out of my old and sold house that I hadn't lived in for about a year. But two days before the scheduled date there was an uprising and I was not only moving out of that house, but I had also decided to move out of my current house asap. I was then moving items to storage from BOTH houses, there were items being "traded" from one house to another PLUS I added another location a half hour away. Jessica, and Santos, took this all in stride. I did not want to have to rebook another date, I really wanted it all done in one. Well, they did it! I took a little time trying to label items because it was such a complicated move, but it all worked out beautiful. The movers were polite, efficient, and swift. They worked straight through for seven hours! The team was well organized and the move went without a hitch. I highly recommend Santos.

I hit an emergency with a recent move (left in the lurch by another mover) and Santos Movers really came to the rescue. In less than 24 hours, they had me happily moved, taking great care of my 'stuff.' Throughout, the folks I dealt with on the phone and in person could not have been more helpful, friendly, and professional. Moves are never fun, but Santos handled things with such confidence, good humor, and flexibility that I actually relaxed (which I didn't think was possible during a move). I would use Santos again without a moment's hesitation.
