They had great communication about confirming the time and were very flexible. They unloaded the entire truck in an hour and I'm pretty sure they defied physics to get my 7ft couch through a very narrow doorway. They were really nice and did a great job. I'll definitely be calling them next time I move!

They were very quick and efficient. We got more done in the time than I expected. My only complaint is that most of my plastic tubs are broken now, presumably from over-stacking in the truck.
