THey didn't listen, specifically marked 4 boxes, to stay at the front of the storage whem complete and the spa in first, it wasn't in the way, now the spa was last, boxes are somewhere in the middle and the spa blocks everything until i can get in, two trips not one, because they don't know how to pack a truck properly... very un satisfied, cost us two more hours because they argued about how to load it with each other. then took stuff out, re-load, etc. i cannot get to my important boxes i wanted up- front unless i get someone to mvoe the spa, terrible, very disppointed and inconveninced, was going to use again in 45 days when house is ready, but not now.

these 2 guys came in and loaded a house full. we didn't think it would fit, but they said don't worry they would get it done. and they did, Great Job guys,

They were prompt, on time, and friendly. Everything went smoothly and they consistently asked questions and notified me of anything that appeared damaged prior to moving it from the truck into the apartment.

The helpers turned up on time, were very pleasant and worked hard to empty the PODS container well within the two hours. They were careful not to damage our property. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

We asked our movers to move every small item to the yard so they could help us with the large and heavy items. They instead moved every item into the house and took pictures every time they entered the trailer. Once they moved the previous object into the house they relaxed for a few minutes. They ended up only moving a few heavy objects for us because of all the wasted time taking pictures and stalling until the next item. We had them for 2 hours and I ended up having to move most heavy pieces due to their lack of competence and listening abilities. I would not hire these guys again simply due to their lack of care to our situation.
