Great service. Team of three, Lonzie, Dorian, and Jeremiah were here on two occasions to empty two different PODS. On time, knowledgeable about moving furniture, etc. very fast, and very courteous. They handled our belongings carefully and quickly. We would highly recommend Platinum Force Logistics and this team again.

My helpers were late due to a scheduling error and I was concerned they would not finish before the POD was scheduled to be picked up, they worked extremely hard and did a good job, the timing was perfect as just when they closed the POD door the driver arrived. I thought 2 hours would be enough and it was not for a 3/2 with dining, living, and family. They were there 2 hours and 45 min. They carried my items by hand and did not truck them because much of it was fragile. I would use them again and recommend them.

The crew was wonderful and worked very hard. You should know that you can book them for 2 hours and add time later, but it's a problem if you overbook the time. This was not clear for us, but they did end up crediting us back the money for the extra hours after some negotiating! Had I known in advance I would have booked less hours in the first place and added as needed. Still highly recommend their workers!

So far I would say that they were on time, prepared for the job, worked hard, were respectful of my property and goods and I would definitely use them again if I was in the same area. All members are training for 2 weeks on packing loading, carting, prepping, and customer satisfaction.
