I chose Platinum Force Logistics from the 2 movers available on HireAHelper. I am so glad I did.
Mike, Nick and Darrell were very fast, worked constantly and moved some heavy books and records for me. They were good humored and hardworking. They were careful with my belongings, and they accomplished the unloading in half the time I had allocated.
They were about 20 minutes late, but they called to let me know they were held up.
Yes, they came with tools and a dolly.
I would not hesitate to use them again.

First off they were 28 minutes late according to my navy atomic clock which is never wrong.
However, the guys that showed up were very good at their job and easy to get along with. They were only at the work site 1 hr 30 minutes of the 2 hours I paid them for but we got done right at 3 pm which was the original time they were set to finish and leave. I will be pursuing a refund or credit for the 30 minutes they did not work.

Fast, efficient, hard-working men that took time to protect my furniture before moving those pieces from my home. They seemed to treat my items as if they were their own. I was also impressed with their ability to remain calm and friendly in spite of working so hard. If I could, I would definitely hire those men again when I move in the future.
My only "complaint" was they arrived about 1 1/2 hours early, so I was not as prepared for them as I wanted to be. They tried to call me, but I was out getting the truck, so I was not aware they were early until I arrived home.
I was not able to give you this review until now because I had computer trouble and I was too busy settling in to check and respond to my e-mails. My suggestion is to request a review no sooner than a week after services were rendered. Your customers are busy!

I needed last minute loading/unloading help for my move. The workers showed up early after contacting me to verify it wouldnt be a problem. They got the truck loaded and unloaded fairly quickly. I was happy with the help and the results. Beats spending all day loading and unloading the truck by myself or trying to coordination what ever family members or friends I could round up.

They were on time, came prepaired and worked very hard. They packed the truck perfectly and didn't waste any space. I would highly recommend them and would definately use their services again!

Our (3) guys arrived on time, and worked VERY hard for the time we had them. They lifted a lot of heavy furniture, boxes, and debris. I even had them loading up my book shelves and assembling my daughters loft bed. When they left, they dragged off a bunch of plastic wrapping, and boxes which we really appreciated. Great job guys!

On time, worked hard and carefully. Pointed out some damage as they got to it, not after it was unloaded. Finished right on time and had great attitudes all day. I would use them again.

Workers supplied were inexperienced at best and, despite specifically stating we needed an appliance hand truck, showed up with a very cheap, insubstantial hand truck. Further, they spent too much time standing around watching each other or me. As I did have an old appliance hand truck we got the fridge out & on the trailer w/o injury. In the allotted time of two hours & the etra hour they were on site w/o charge, we accomplished about 30 minutes of of their actual work. NEVER AGAIN!
