The work of the two loaders was great.
My disappointment is that I was charged for more hours than the loaders were there (beyond the 2-hour minimum). It only took them about 45 min to an hour to finish the job. One on the loaders showed me the invoice on his cell phone. I was in a hurry and didn't notice that an additional (3rd) hour was charged - beyond the minimum. The loader could have pointed this out to me - but it may be that he was instructed not to be that helpful.
I note that on my contract with the unloading company in Portland, their online invoice has a place and dollar amount for exceeding their 2-hour minimum but no extra hours are pre-entered, as they are on your online invoice. This feels like a very poor business practice on your part. It would be nice to have the $160 for the additional hour refunded, and it would be even better for you to change your approach.

Adriano and Jule (sp?) were amazing. Two young and mighty dudes were SO fast and SO careful with our stuff. They packed the truck with care and impressive Tetris like skills. We hired for three hours for a two bedroom apartment but they were done in less than two. 10/10 recommend, we could not have done it on our own.

I was told they would be here between nine and 10 o’clock. It wasn’t until 1230. That was 3 1/2 hours I sat around and could not do anything until the furniture was moved into the house.
The two guys who did the work were excellent. They were very kind And helpful. They took excellent care of my furniture and made sure that I was satisfied with its ultimate placement. It’s too bad because they were very good but overall I would have to give the service a very low rating because of the prolong time I had to wait .

The two young men that showed up were great! They called to let us know they were running late which was OK with us because we weren't in any hurry. They showed up ready to work. They were tetris masters packing our container. They were polite and very respectful of our property. They got everything thing packed in record time!
