This company is did an amazing job!! We had lots of problems getting to our new home and MD Expert Movers was accommodating and helpful and able to arrive a the job later than we scheduled. They unloaded the truck carefully and efficiently and were pleasant and professional. The lead also provided me with a cleaning tool to clean the items that had been damaged during our trip. A team of 4 guys moved multiple heavy items and boxes in an hour. They called to let us know they were running late and that they were working in a team, not the usual 2. We are on the 4th floor with no elevator and had a stationary bike, loveseat, futon, queen bed, and recliner. They were incredibly fast, efficient, and very polite.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will give you a call when they are approximately 15 minutes away during your 1-hour arrival window. All of our crews will come prepared with tools for furniture assembly/disassembly, as well as hand trucks, dollies, industrial shrink wrap and rope. This equipment is included in your reservation; there is no additional fee for these basic items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving preparations are often underway well before your moving date - decluttering, boxing, labeling, etc. Our favorite tip is for your moving day. After the crew arrives, take a few minutes upfront to show them all of your items. This way, our team can customize loading your container, storage area, or truck efficiently and safely.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in loading/unloading PODS, PackRat, ABF trailers/containers, and Door-to-Door services. MD Expert Movers isn't limited to household goods though.
