Relocation with On-Time Movers
A growing moving company dedicated to providing excellent service to our clients including packing, unpacking and moving in an efficient manner while maintaining quality work. COI provided for additional cost; Out of state clients are responsible for toll; All moves involving a piano, safe, pool table or items over 300 lbs automatically requires 3-4 helpers plus additional cost. PLEASE NOTIFY IN ADVANCE. Price negotiation is available for smaller versions of these three items listed. Next-day service requests incur a 50 percent premium charge of the base rate. UNSANITARY ITEMS/SPACES WILL NOT BE TOUCHED BY THE TEAM (i.e. ~ mildewed, rotted, asbestos, excessive dirt).

Their communication was stellar leading up to and the morning of. They were prompt and got right to work and moved everything in very carefully and quickly. They were very professional and courteous and would use not hesitate to use them again. I live out of state and just needed to arrange labor to help unload a moving truck into a new apartment. Great guys! We had some unexpected issues going on to no one’s fault, and they still committed their all to getting the job done and making it work. Would absolutely recommend for any sort of moving needs. We had two helpers for two hours to load our separately rented truck and they got a two bedroom apartment in the truck in the time allotted. Much more efficiently than I bet we could have done, in less time and packed nicely. We were very thankful to have booked them!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Communication within 48 hours to discuss the details and officially add them to the company calendar.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call from me or a team member when in route and upon arrival. Consistent communication if there are any emergency issues. Evaluation of the property and physical discrepancies pointed out prior to moving any specific item.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Be fully packed (unless hired for packing), have the transport vehicle close enough to the doorway of the moving location, clean and clear walkways to avoid injury during the moving process.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, long distance (up to 100 miles), office, piano, pool table, safe, heavy furniture moving within the home.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and seeing new places.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All team members come in with basic experience. Additional training, such as properly loading the truck, assembly/disassembly, and properly working as a team to carry larger and heavier items are done on the job with leads that are assigned to each team.
