the guys were very nice only issue was they did not wrap a dresser before taking down the stairs so the drawer fell out, broke the dresser got all scratched and was no longer any good. I would use them again but would supervise and advise. Much of what had to go in my SUV could have Fit on the truck not packed as well as should have been. the Lead person did not assess the job very well before beginning so he could have packed better.

They were on time and extremely helpful. They stayed until the job was done! Very professional. They made the last part of our cross country, do it yourself, caravan move much easier. They cut our estimated unpacking time from 3 days to 1 day. Great job!!

Juan and Jake were great. They worked hard and respected the time frame I had for loading the truck. They were careful not to damage any walls in the house as they moved the heavy furniture. They keep my breakable on tops I requested. The only suggestion I would offer is to tie the items periodically in the truck, as the ride caused many items to bounce around. Would also use more of the blankets to wrap and tape metal items so they don't cause damage. I will use them again on my next move next year.

They called as they were on their way, and they arrived right in time! The men were pleasant and professional, and they worked hard. They took direction and didn't ask for any help moving anything. In fact, my husband apologized for not being able to help, and they told him to relax because that's what they were there to do - to do all the work. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone needing help!

Pleasant people; good attitude. Capable to move large items (furniture, appliances, etc). Inexperienced packers & loaders need a lot of improvement. We had to repack a lot of items, and the loading was questionable (no tie downs, loose items in truck, etc). Did not provide inventory paperwork.

Being able to interact with different people. Getting to know their stories while helping them adjust to a new environment.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide hands on one on one training with everybody we hire. We also give a test to make sure they know about how to load and unload a (truck,pod,etc).
