I had big problems with their service. They had poor communication about when they would arrive and didn't pack my belongings well enough. Many things arrived at my destination severely damaged as a result of their poor packing. Some things were so damaged that they had to be thrown away! I feel these boys need some adults to supervise their work as they were not at all professional in their service. I would definitely NOT use them ever again.
One of the things we pride ourself in is great communication, which portion of the communication did you have an issue with?
You booked through a third party vendor. A notification got sent to you stating we picked up the job, we then call to notify 30 mins before we are out, if the crew is running behind(getting held up on another job or traffic) you are still notified and updated via phone call and text.
