Notified me when they were running a few minutes late to arrival, excellent. Moved many heavy items without complaint, and did well. Moved several items faster than expected using mostly strength. So that speeded things up. I pre-moved many things, and ended up overbooked and paid for 3 hours, would probably do minimum of 2 next time. Management followed up and dropped fee to 2 hours! Good management. Team could have been more accommodating of other post move items to fill the 2 or even 3 hours, so short one star of excellent. Overall, will probably hire again as I will move again soon.
