While the 2 movers did a good job, they (Mike) did NOT charge what was quoted in his rates on line. Mike told my wife that anything after the intial 5 hours would be $50 per hour for the 2 guys. I was gone at the time and she agreed. I returned when the guys were in their first hour and immediately called the 866-994-4473 number and spoke with Nichole. She went on-line and verified that the charges should be $30 per hour after the initial 5 hours also. She informed me that she would take care of the charges if we were in fact charged the $50 per hour. The guys worked an additional 3.75 hours; charged $50 per hour; and would only take cash. I had no choice but to pay them. I called in to the 866 number but the office was closed. I did leave a message about the extra fees Mike charged. I would like to be refunded the difference of $20 per hour plus tax for the additional 3.75 hours I paid Mike in cash.
