Would not recommend this mover at ALL! I spoke with the person in charge of this job a week prior to my scheduled load date and he assured me the job would been done on the date and time as requested Not only did they NOT show up, he chose not to answer the phone or return any of my repeated messages. Very POOR Customer Service and is below any rating scale possible. On a positive note, I contacted Hire a Helper and the customer service reps did all they could to get another moving service to my home. Kudos to them!

After spending a day and a half loading a 16ft truck with some heavy furniture and many boxes, I had no appetite for unloading the truck and selected this HireAHelper vendor to help move stuff into my Gulfport, FL condo. The owner and an assistant arrived within an agreed upon time window and prepared to unload the truck. They worked continuously with pre-packed boxes, small and large furniture pieces and delivered them to the condo unit without damage. They moved pieces to specific rooms and placed them in locations under my wife's direction. Thier work was completed within the agreed time window - far, far faster than my wife and I could have managed. I would use Move U Now for other similar tasks and I recommend this company to others.

They were very professional and fast. They unloaded
the truck of 14 boxes and swap furniture in 2 bedrooms without any problems. Whatever we asked
they did with a smile. Truly enjoyed their professionalism.
They called to advise of the problems they were having due the storm the previous night but they
arrived within time to perform the secondary jobs before the delivery truck arrive. I am very thankful.

We hired two movers for two hours and they were very good at the job, They worked extremly hard in tough conditions. These guys worked the entire time and were very helpful which made our move very easy on us. They found us movers in a short 24 hrs after we have several other companies cancel on us. My move was delayed several times thru no fault of the mover but he took every delay in stride. He called the day of the move to tell me he was on his way and would have arrived right on time but he got lost. He also called once he realized he was lost and I talked him in ... the point is he kept me informed. Everything was handled carefully... nothing was broken or mishandled. I estimated 4 hours for the move and it took 4.5 hours for 2 BR sets, LR, DR, washer/dryer and a couple of misc. items.

Vito and his helper were on time, very professional, and very customer-oriented. Everything was placed in the proper room, and nothing was broken or damaged, They kept asking if I needed them to do anything else. I would gladly use them again.

I have hired many movers in the past and I was very pleased with these particular movers. They showed up exactly when they said they would, and we could tell from the minute they walked into our old 4-bedroom appartment that they had a lot of experience. They knew exactly how to handle everything, even the smaller more tedious stuff that we had not completely packed yet and thought we would have to move ourselves. We have a LOT of stuff (being a 7-person family with 5 kids still at home) and they handled it with ease. Overall these movers were very good and I would recommend them to anyone. Very professional service at a fair price, which is hard to find these days.
