About Us:

We pad, tape, and shrink wrap free with all local moves. We pack, load, and unload. Full assembly and disassembly are available. We provide up to 6 free wardrobe boxes with your local move for your clothing.

With them being so late and rental places being closed I had no way of getting additional blankets. If they were here when they told they were going to be I could of found more blankets to finish the job. I took care of the furniture with padding I purchased from Lowes. They loaded my Dinning room table on my couch between a cedar chest which eneded up damaging both pieces. Very Unprofessional at the end of the job and very rude!!! I think they were so tired by the time they got to our job that they ran out of energy which proved to take longer then it shoud of.

The website pays the helpers and getting a refund for paying to much has to come from the website.

I was assured that the owner was very experienced and would take good care of me. The owner of the company called to night before to ask if I wouldn't mind them coming in the afternoon, 4pm instead of 9am so he could do another job…read more before mine. I apologized that I couldn't accommodate him because I had already made plans. He said it was okay, the other job was small, and he could arrive around 11am or 12pm. After 3 phone calls to stall me, he showed up at 4:30pm and finished the job in the dark with the light of car headlights. Since I threw out my back and was stuck in bed at the neighbor's house, the owner tried to misinform my mother about the price for the exrtra hour. Since she insisted he come talk to me when the move was complete, he produced the invoice and charged me correctly. It was a stressful day, made more stressful since the owner was very dishonest. Upon arrival in Texas, I found my lawn mower packed upside down on my leather couch! I also had several damaged wooden pieces of furniture (despite renting 60 blankets from uhaul as he advised- with about a dozen leftover).
