They were late due to the length of travel and traffic involved. They came prepared to do the job and worked very hard. There was one box that was dropped (it happened to be marked fragile). There was some breakage involved. Other than that one incident, they did a good job.

When they arrived, on time, they went right to work, which I appreciated. They loaded my entire apartment in less than an hour, which was great, but they did seem to be rushing a bit. They received a call from either the company or another customer and they seemed to be hurrying to finish my job, in order to get to the next job. But I had to pay for a minimum of 2 hours, so they should have allotted for at least that amount of time. I also thought they were a little rough with some of my belongings. I am not dissatisfied with the service, I just think the could have taken a little more time and been a little more careful. I went to put a few last minute items in my POD before putting the lock on it, and there were broken ornaments on the top of a box. However, I am not sure if they were already broken and just fell out of the container, or if they were broken when loaded. There were also poster size frames that were just put on the top of the stack of boxes, etc., that were not secured. So for the amount I paid compared to the time spent, I am not sure I would use them again.

Joshua and his moving partner Triangle's #1 Moving absolutely saved my parents move! I booked unloading help for my parents, as I was unable to help myself. Their move had been quite hectic up to this point and everyone needed some rest by the end. To add to the exhuastion, the first unloaders we booked (a different company) did not show! I called Hire A Helper and they were able to connect with Joshua, who was happy to make it happen on very short notice. Joshua was a great communicator, keeping me posted on the arrival and unload status. My parents were very happy with the assistance provided as well. Thank you Triangle's #1 Moving for saving the day!

Show up 2 hours late. Once they did get there worked hard and got everything done. I would not use this service again.
