The first group were energetic until the helper recieved a phone call from his mother telling him he had to come home for a family reunion. The next day another two finished the move and they were very good appeared to be seasoned movers... Thank you for making our move better......

I must admit that for me to go out on a limb and hire someone I haven’t met was a little scary to say the least but after all said and done I am without a doubt very satisfied with my whole experience with Triunes Moving service.
Within 2 hours of my initial request Marcus was on site with dolly in hand ready for instructions. Marcus was a very polite and courteous but hard working individual. I never had to repeat direction or ask twice for anything from Marcus. Unlike most hired help that tend to slack off when the work gets tough Marcus was the one to keep up with. He knew what needed to be done and never wavered from it. He was always a step ahead of my other workers and me to be honest. To be frank... If the work force was full of individuals like Marcus we would be a whole lot better off. Moving is tough enough as is and stressful for most including myself but the whole experience I had with Triune’s moving service went off without a hitch. Had it not been for Marcus and Triunes moving service I would have had to spend that extra day getting everything situated and into the new house. So instead of it costing it actually saved me money and a ton of stress. If you are anything like myself and weary of hiring an individual whom you’ve never met I encourage you to inquire into this company for anything you might need help with in moving. They are highly skilled professional who come to work!! My hat is off to Marcus and the Triune Moving service!!

Nelson and the helper he brought with him worked HARD for the 2 hours that I had them scheduled. Every heavy piece of furniture that I had in my 4 bedroom home was loaded before they left. They were scheduled to be at my house at 10 am but did not arrive until 1 pm. Some of that was due to rain and as it worked out it was better that we had them show up at 1. I did not find any major damage to any of the furniture that the crew loaded, and that was after about a 1300 mile trip from the DFw TX area to Charleston WV. Overall I'd have to say I was more than happy with Nelson's company.

Nelson and his crew were very friendly and curtious. I had a table that was too large to fit into the back of my truck and Nelson kindly disassembled it and reassembled it at my new location. The movers worked quickly and conscientiously. I had a successful move.

Well I was not pleased with the service my time was for 7:00a.m. on thursday 5/27/09 I called the owner and he stated they would be there in 20 min. and wasn't. The time was set for 8:00a.m. and I informed he knows that it was for 7:00 a.m. I spoke with him on 5/25/09 10:00a.m. and comfirmed the time and he stated they would be there and he called again later that afternoon stated everything is set and I asked if the guys had pads/doley and he stated yes they have everything I just need to get the u-haul truck, however they didn't have pads I had to pay and open the protection pads in the u-haul and pay extra money, do to they didn't arrive until 8:05a.m. and the truck was to be return at 10:00a.m. However I called Nelson again at 8:00 a.m. there were not there than and he stated give them some time they would be there. When they arrived I showed the movers print out that was emailed to me with time/date and when appointment was made. Eddie showed me a text that Nelson sent him there job was for 5/28/09 at 8:00 a.m. I was very upset because of this matter and Owner didn't try to resolve this matter I called Hire for help several times and left messages letting you know the movers were not there. However, they didn't finish till about 12:30p.m. I was very upset because of extra money I had to pay, that I feel I shouldn't had to pay and Nelson should had waived the extra time. He didn't care he didn't try to call to see if they were ever there he called the mover Eddie telling him to collect payment. Eddie showmed me the text, However I did speak with Michael at hire a helper about this matter! I wouldn't ever use or recommend them to anyone! Very upset customer and out of more money!

Great crew. We got a bit of a late start, but they hustled to make up the time. Even when we hit a few snags during the unloading they maintained a positive attitude and got the job done. Highly recommend triune and I will use them again.
