5 hours late and then they rushed it causing damage to both furniture and house. There were several dents and chunks of plaster in the stairway. The top of the stairway is now missing a corner. I had the moving mats and other supplies but all they used was tape. I would never use them again.

The movers were two hours late and we had a lot of the truck already done. Would definitely not use them again. I am a veteran myself and thought it would be a good way to give back but I'm pretty sure the two guys they sent weren't veterans.

Once you are booked we will give you cal, text, or email with confirmation and any other information needed.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day we expect vet Moves to show 15 minutes early to properly prepare for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have all of their things packed or time set aside to allow Vet Moy to pack their belongings in a safe and orderly fashion.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle local moves, long distance moves. No job is too big or too small.

My favorite part of being a mover is meeting new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have a Safe Move safety guide as well as weekly safety trainings to stay up to date with the latest in moving safety.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We cannot guarantee availability beyond the pre-booked time.
