PLH Movers were fast and efficient and they took care not to damage my furniture. There was some initial confusion regarding my reservation as "full service" which was meant to include a truck, but it is possible that HireAHelper was not clear in their contract info issued to PLH. All issues were resolved in plenty of time to meet the requested service date. In the event I need moving labor help again I would request PLH.

Did an OK job, but was far from professional:
> Didn't call to confirm the unload time,
> Didn't return my calls until well after our tentatively planned unload time,
> I had to negotiate w/ Patrick to get him here as 'early' as 9:30 am. Even with that, he didn't show up until after 10:00,
> Attempted to leave immediately after the last box was unloaded at 1 hr 30 minutes into our 2 hr contract, even though we had other moving work for them,
> Attempted to leave without reinstalling the refrigerator door handles. When they did install the handles, it work was not completed correctly.
Overall - they did the heavy lifting, but true professional level services and attitude were missing.
