The two men were on time, down to business, efficient, careful and respectful. They worked hard to get my stuff loaded into the POD. I haven't unloaded the POD yet but I'm assuming that all furniture is in good shape.

showed up on time. unfortunately took smoke break for first 10+minutes of paid move before getting out of the car (i timed it). the senior mover informed me they can’t stay later because they have another job. informed senior mover that dresser drawers dont come out, he didn’t listen, yanked harder and broke it. He did give me the insurance info but i know the routine and you get pennies on the dollar for your stuff. We booked 2 hours, the website says that you are charged 50/hour over but they made it clear they weren’t staying and we had to do better than half the unloading on our own. I think the biggest issue was the smoking before starting had eaten into my time and then expressing how they have to leave on time to get to another job. Maybe the company overbooks moves or they’re overworked. I dont know, but I was a little dissatisfied with that.

The movers were on time. They helped to secure and protect the furniture that was being moved with pads and wrap that I supplied. They were efficient and careful with everything that they loaded onto the truck. They finished packing and loading within the allotted 2 hour time. There was no damage to my possessions when I arrived at my new home. I would definitely use them again.
