Overall, they got the job done very quickly (in half the time I paid for). They placed the furniture and boxes exactly where I wanted them to. The only reason they are not receiving 5 stars is because they were late and made us wait.

Although the workers were professional and did a good job, they were almost 2 hours late.
For the < 60 minutes I needed them I got charged $ 180. 00
I don’t think I should be charged that much because we had to wait .

I Ordered three guys for two hours.
Only two guys showed up. I didn’t need the third guy. They rocked it out. I was extremely impressed with their attention to detail, consideration of My nervousness of my family heirlooms, knowledge of their job, strength, attitude, speed and quality of work.
I would hire them again and again and again. ***look to them for long haul***

Arrived 2 hrs late.
We started loading the truck ourselves to get a head start.
Loaded boxes & furniture very efficiently.
Unloaded very efficiently as well.
Nothing broken/ damaged.
Testy about unloading the items we had loaded on to the truck. Didn't want to unload them.
Despite bought them a free lunch , and a good tip.
They need to do go the extra mile.

The crew arrived promptly at 7:30a. I was having difficulty removing my car transport from my moving truck and the guys went above and beyond to try and help get the trailer off the hitch. Unfortunately, we were unable to get the trailer off.. but the guys worked around it and unloaded the truck 90 min. Would use again and refer to a friend. Professional and fast!

They did not contact me beforehand like they were supposed to. They showed up 45 minutes after the time frame, we tried to call to confirm multiple times and no one answered and the voicemail was full. By the time they showed up, most of the work had been done.
