I was moving my family from TX to CA and hired Boss Moving to assist in packing up my belongings into the POD we had rented. The team showed up over an hour late, took one look at what we had in our garage and informed us that there was no way that our belongings would fit into the POD. He then asked how much we paid. I told him and he suggested that we contact POD, cancel the service and that he and his workers would use their truck to pack up our belongings and move it all out to our new home in CA. He agreed to match the POD price and they would load and unload at both locations. I cancelled with POD and scheduled with Boss Moving to come the next morning early to get the move started. Well, the next morning came, the folks who purchased our home in TX showed up for their keys and our stuff was still packed up in boxes in the garage. Boss did not answer their phone and NEVER SHOWED UP TO MOVE US TO CALIFORNIA! My wife and I called them 20 times. I had to actually rent two 24 foot uHaul trucks and both my wife and I drove them out to CA ourselves. And then we had to both fly back to TX to get our cars and drive them back as well. Boss Moving cost us thousands of extra dollars and massive amounts of time and greif. You hear nightmare stories about the moving industry... Companies like Boss Moving are exactly the reason why. Horrible!

Helpers were fast and efficient and had my move completed in 2 hours. They treated my belongings as if they were their own.I would refer them to anyone interested in moving.

Boss moving is great, they are extremely professional, they arrived on time and they worked very throughout the move and took extra care to carefully wrap and protect my belongings, they are courteous and conscientious. I’ve used them once before and will use them again if the opportunity permits.
