I have moved many times and this is by far the worst service I've ever received. They were over an hour late, worked slowly, and did not finish the job. They also did not seem to know how to move a standard size residential refrigerator and ended up scratching our new cabinets and new floors. They left most of our funiture at our old place and scratched the one bed frame they did move. They did not wrap our furniture. I now have to hire another mover to finish the job. It seemed like they were riding the clock and not working efficiently. I would not use them again. I also saw one of the movers walking around recording the layout of our new house with his smart phone.
