Fallen Movers were communicative, friendly, and very fast. There was some discussion about whether we should have two movers or three; we scheduled 3 but they didn’t need the third on the day and didn’t charge me. Highly recommend.

Mike, Maurice, and Neal excelled in everything that was important to us. They communicated with us the day before the unloading to confirm the time. They were incredibly polite and cheerful, figured out how to get a heavy piece of furniture on a lower floor, took good care to wrap anything that needed wrapping, and cleaned up after the unloading. They were done in a timely manner. My advice is let them know what needs to be done and enjoy a cup of coffee.
We will be recommending the trio to our friends that will be moving soon. And, if we ever move again, these are the guys!

Mike and Neil were on time, very polite, very respectful of the items. They were very knowledgeable. They loaded the POD very skillfully so items will travel well. It was extremely hot but that did not change their attitude or their pace. I highly recommend them and would use them again.
