Tony was awesome! When we had an oversized couch (would not fit into front door of new apt.) he and his partner carried it out back and using a rope, successfully hauled it up to the back deck (which was on the 3rd floor!) and into the apt. that way. He would not give up! It was an amazing effort! Hats off to Tony!

Very unprofessional, movers constantly called directly requesting more money. The day of the move they did not show.

We let the customer know we can't arrive because of road blocked. A man on 20 was threating to jump of the bridge and freeway was blocked off for hours. To rent dolly and stairs, customer didn't put proper details about order, We charge for stairs and equipment why not ask customer to reorder and place information of proper details and if not pay on arrival. We alpogize you felt it was unprofessional but please order with the truth about your moving needs.

Friendly guys and good value, but should have been prepared with the dollie I requested the day before.

All dollies are ordered, If customer request dollies in order that's 15 dollars fee but when you don't order one it's free. Thanks for you order and review. Tony and Damian were called as replacements for a mover who didn't show. Despite having already moved a large home they got to me and put tremendous energy into our move. They loaded all the boxes and helped to keep the 3 different destinations separated. I would recommend them to anyone who needs moving labor help.

Guys worked overtime to help me get my furniture and items into my house. They were lifesavers for me and my family, they agreed to help me after a no call no show move company. I was in great pain... They setup and attached all my appliances. I would highly recommend this move company to my friends and family. As well, I would use them again.

First let me start out by saying I made a mistake by selecting one flight of stairs when in reality there was two and I did pay the up charge for it however had to battle with the individual and billing to make him understand if you live on the third floor there is only two flights of stairs not three literally had to count how many flights of stairs to reach the first floor (0). Outside of that the movers were grossly inefficient as my one bedroom apartment was completely packed up boxed and ready for them to move other then two televisions. The job was budgeted for two hours this team went over by three additional hours. I have moved all over the country and on average I move every single year to a different city due to work and I've hired a lot of movers and I am very experienced with them so when I say buyer beware, Beware! I had to show one of the movers how to use a tape gun... I found one of the movers at wandering around on the second floor doing nothing several times. The same guy was wanting around the single bedroom apartment with boxes all around him looking confused and wondering what he should take down next. To me this company must be fairly new in the business or I got the luck of the draw and had the newest crew who is not familiar with moving at all or at least caring boxes and loading a truck. The movers made it to the apartment on time however it all went downhill from there took them five hours to load a truck from a single bedroom apartment under 900 ft.².
