I've used providers from hireahelper twice prior and had good or great experiences. This time was much different. The two guys that were sent acted like they had never moved anyone before. They started by showing up late, they wouldn't put things tight to the walls in the container that they were moving me into, they would need directions on how to get things through doorways or sliders, they would walk out of the house without things in their hands, they would be found standing or sitting around when they had already been shown what to move, they were very slow, I mean very slow! They needed total and complete management and oversight the whole time they were working. In my previous two experiences they moved the same house on the same property in 2 hours and this time it took them almost 5 hours. I would suggest never using this provider.

They called after 10:00 p.m. to confirm an 8:00 a.m. job for the following morning. When 9:00 a.m. rolled around and they still weren't there, I started loading the pod myself (I'm 69 years old). We called several times and finally we were told they cancelled.

I have never written a review before, because to be honest, I never think it's worth my time, however, this moving team went above and beyond to make my move easy and stress-free! They were wonderfully efficient, speedy, and helpful. I was even having trouble getting a few things off of my wall and they brought in tools to help me remove my tv mount and a shelf that would just NOT budge. Their kindness and helpfulness is deserving of all the praise in the world and i couldn't recommend them more. I will definitely be sharing this company with any and all friends and family who will be moving soon! Thanks again All Star Movers. :)

I used All Star Movers to help move my father from his home into an Assisted Living facility. The two men from All Star, Diego and Caesar, were on time, polite, respectful of my father and his home, efficient, hard workers and STRONG. Definitely would use this company again.

They were on time, respectful and very nice to work with..They worked very hard and made good use of the time finishing up at the 2 hour mark. They packed the POD well but could have utilized more space by packing boxes up to ceiling.
