The two very nice men came on a holiday to help get us moved in. We had issues with some of the furniture fitting so they took it up the fire escape! I would recommend them. They were friendly, efficient and on time.

Worth every penny. Showed up on time, got right to work. Did all the heavy lifting. I was moved into my new home in about 2 hours. I would defiantly use them again.

I have delayed writing my review because I wanted to remove some of the emotion associated with moving as we all know how stressful it can be. Chris and his moving partner arrived on time for my move. I own a 3 story townhouse and had a POD on location. The goal I told them was to get all of my furniture into the pod along with as many boxes as would fit. I told them that I would have rope available to tie back sections of furniture/boxes to prevent shifting and they told me not to worry that they had some. I did not see them use any rope/twine while packing. I told them that I deferred to their knowledge regarding packing a storage unit and therefore tried to remain objective as I watched the pod quickly fill. In addition to getting all of my furniture out I asked them to please protect my furniture and the walls...I was trying to avoid repairs if at all possible. I purchased moving blankets for the furniture and was told that the furniture would be wrapped with cellophane wrap. I stressed the importance of protecting the furniture, and the floors, and the walls.... I asked numerous times if they would wrap my furniture prior to taking it down the steps. I asked them to protect the floors and landings with blankets. I witnessed them scratch the wood floors. I watched them pivot my wooden bed frame on the asphalt driveway(not the feet either). The walls/ceilings were marked, dented, and chipped. It appeared as if the movers did not have any working chemistry and at times appeared to be working against one another. In the end, not all of my furniture made it into the pod. I am not optimistic about what I'm going to see in December when the POD is delivered to my next home....they did not seem to want to take the necessary precautions to prevent damage to my things or my home. If you are looking for a company that is going to utilize all resources available, celaphane Kling wrap(minimal use by movers), moving blankets, and rope/twine to protect your property you will want to look for another moving company. I had to repair the walls prior to moving. I couldn't do anything about the floors. I can only hope that my furniture and belongings aren't destroyed by the time I unpack them. I suggest spending the extra money and going with a company with 5 star ratings.

Charlie and his crew are amazing! They were prompt and got right to work. They loaded the pod quickly and efficiently. Charlie made sure I looked around to make sure they didn't miss anything. They are top notch!

Everything was perfect. On time. Courteous, worked extremely hard and were done an hour ahead of schedule. Would absolutely use this provider again.

Hired two helpers. One helper did about 60 percent of the work while I did about 30 percent and the one helper spent most of his time texting and yelling at some girl on the phone. When he actually did bother to lift a finger it was in slow motion. Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone.

I very much that they were available on short notice (24 hour), and when plans were made for them to arrive at 3:00, they were willing to come an hour later after the moving truck did not leave Baltimore as planned. They were very efficient when unloading the truck. I would use them again.

One of my pieces of furniture was damaged. Not much initiative to resolve challenges during move. One mover wasn't friendly. My move ended one hour early and I paid full price.
