My loading was in the afternoon, so I imagined the loaders would be tired out from an earlier move. Not the case. Two guys (sadly, I didn't get their names) from Lewis Moving Company came in and loaded a 16-foot pod, plus moved a bunch of heavy furniture into the garage in way under 3 hours. How they managed to fit everything into the pod I don't know, but they did. Of course, I won't know how secure everything is until I unload after a long-distance move, but from this point, 5 stars!

Recommended---the team was easy to communicate with by text in advance of move, they arrived on time on the day of the move and then loaded the UHaul thoughtfully and efficiently. They made smart use of space in the truck and carefully tied down items to prevent them from moving during our drive. Thank you!

Hireahelper did not do there job and inform me that my piano would have a charge to move, after I told them I had an uptight piano, they led me to believe that it was included in the price they quoted me. Then when the help got there they said there would be a charge, they wanted $450. To roll it up the ramp of the truck, and down the ramp and roll it into my garage. Hireahelper said they would have charged me $750. to do the same thing. What a RIPPLE OFF. Just a big scam.

We used the same company to load and unload our POD. They were late each time, but did call to let us know.
For loading we booked for 4 hours. We wanted to account for disassembling of beds. They finished our 4 bdrm house in 3 hours. Unfortunately we weren't able to get refunded back that last hour.
For unloading, we booked 2 hours. They were to unload all the and put the boxes in the respective rooms. Of note we only had them assemble 1 out of 4 beds from the loading session. Two hours was enough to unload the full POD and assemble 1 bed.
They loaded and unloaded our POD efficiently.
Overall, I think they did a good job and would recommend them.

A few minutes late but made up for it in spades. They didn't have the furniture dolly so had to manually lift some heavy objects, they managed to complete the job. They definitely worked hard and respected my property. I would use them again.
