I’ve booked movers through Hire a Helper multiple times, usually 2 hours time is adequate for all my items. I booked 2 hours again this time and the movers were able to bring everything in under time! I was very satisfied with their speed. I’m giving a 3 star review because I was expecting the movers to have equipment to assemble/disassemble a bed. I communicated this expectation at booking and again on the phone the day before the move so it was very frustrating for the movers to arrive without tools. Since they weren’t able to assemble the bed the mattress and bed frame were placed on the side, displacing other furniture items. So I had to acquire tools and assemble the frame myself to complete the move in.

The guys let me know they were on their way, arrived on time, were polite, had their own water, worked hard throughout the move, and asked if there was anything else they could do before they left. And it didn't hurt that they were priced lower than many! I'll definitely use them again.
