I would DEFINITELY hire A.R.M.S. Moving again! The 2 helpers arrived 2 minutes before scheduled and immediately got right to work. Pleasant and understanding in assisting with how I wanted things wrapped and packed. Both were constantly busy.
Getting things scheduled was also quick and easy. They have a different kind of payment system from what I expected. Their payment is not released until you confirm via messaging that the job is done. All in all a refreshingly POSITIVE experience...making this big move easier!

They arrived 15 minutes early which was great and made everything fit in one trip. Unfortunately they didn't wear masks which made me uncomfortable.

The two young men did a good job moving two bathroom vanities up one flight of stairs. They arrived ten min early. One man was clearly new to the job but took instruction well. We did have to remind them to wear masks for their safety and ours.

Four great young men ..very directible, polite and productive. Zack was amazing at organizing the truck so that more items could fit! We actually got done faster than I expected. Nice job guys! Would hire again. :)

Dusting and Matt did a great job loading our Pod on a very hot day. They used every cubic foot and worked hard to make everything fit. Great job!

It started off badly. The original team got stuck somewhere and we waited about 3-4 hours before you where able to sent another team.
The 2 men that came were nice, but this, I was told was their second job for that day.
One man was was nice and tried hard to work hard bring up from the basement as much and as quickly as he could. The second man, who looked very strong, would bring one box or bag at a time.
When they had to move the sofa bed the had no idea how to separate the “L” shaped sofa to move it. Also, they used no ties to secure the bed while moving it. They had trouble moving the 3 book cases, and one got scrapped and some wood was gorged out of it. The box spring under-cover was torn and at the end they just told me the hall way was to small to get it out. They were right! After they left, I got a friend to open up the stair case and they were able to remove both the book cases and the bed. If they had said this before before the damage it would have been better. They packed the POD, but on receiving it, it was all a mess as the boxes were not tied down. So, far I have not found many broken things. My dishes are in good condition. I have not opened the boxes labeled “fragile” yet....
I felt that these men should have been trained “Better!!”. You could tell that they were hired for their strength, but not trained how to handle any problems that they would come across.
I’m sorry, but, I can not recommend your Company to my friends or family...

A great way to have my shipping container filled. The gentlemen that came to my rescue were kind considerate and strong! They arrived at the specific time, promptly started loading my household items. Boxes and kitchen table, queen size bed, marble side tables. The bed had to be taken apart. I also had a three wheel bike and outdoor furniture, 43 years of stuff. Efficient the finished the job quickly. As far as I have ever seen hire-a-helper is the only way to move. When my container arrives in Florida hire-a-helper will come to my rescue. Great way to plan a move from upstate New York to Florida!
